Wild Lupine Vlog Nature Walk
*I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training*
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

I would love to propagate those lupine's. Absolutely a very special place ❤.
I hear the babies❤
The tad poles are sooo cute and that 🐸 is so beautiful. Thanks Post for sharing.
Beautiful. What date was this filmed?
Try adding some Zatarain’s crawfish boil powder. Do you have a PO Box I’ll send you some❤️😍 you need to come down to south Louisiana and eat them! I’ll teach you how to peel them 😝😉😂
I have these growing in my wild flower bed now I know what it is mines is almost 5 feet tall
Where i live theres a river and there is tadpoles and some of them are frogs 🐸
Lupine is extremely invasive, and forbidden to plant in Norway. Spreads like hell.
It doesn't spread very far here. This is an isolated area and they sell it in stores. It's considered potentially invasive here. Because it needs specific areas
Lupine the flower is pronounced LU-pin. Lupine the word meaning wolf-like is Lu-Pine. 🙂 Now, hand over all of your lupines.
Purple Forest. Awesome .Lush and Healthy. 🌟 grateful. ☺️ Snapper's 🌸 what an amazing find with the mountain of lupine. 🙏
Purple's my favorite color, and they are so beautiful.
Deer and Horse flies have ruined so many of my nature walks and bike rides. I should make friends with some of their predators and have them come with me. :b
Those colors are fabulous. 😍 I hope you’ll be able to go back there and harvest the seeds so you can grow them at home too. 🙂
Have you ever eaten any bearded dragon? It kind of tastes like possum
Lupine color: The color is determined by species rather than by elements. Over time the lighter colored species become deep blue/purple because that is the dominant color. Beautiful walk and drive. Thank you.
We call them lupins! Minty Python did a sketch of Dennis Moore years ago and his cry was "your lupins or your life"! Have a Google for it! 😊
Lupine are beautiful never saw them just randomly growing on the side of the road like that. Thanks for sharing❣️
Those new swimming variety of lilly pads, or maybe they are growing on the back of a turtle! Nice hoptical illusion 😂
how much weed you smoken
Lupine is so cool. I have a few in my front yard in upstate NY
I found this hugely more exciting and interesting than the show I watched on the stream!
Lupines are among the easiest perennials to grow from seeds. Perennial lupine flowers typically take 2 years to bloom when grown from seed.
Nice videos! I love the lupin. It is said"lu pin"
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
I am ready for a long drive down a dirt road.
U can almost smell the rain!! Brings back memories!
Send rain way down south. We will take it without the heat and humidity!
I read from Google mixing some essential oils is supposed to repel deer flies but maybe something you can make and test out. Could be a good experiment and if it doesn't work you know not to try that one again.
The small pink flower could be Sheep sorrel the older generation called them sheep shire . If it has lil peanuts for roots. The leaves and flowers are boiled in water and the juice is used for a cobbler. It is very good.
The small pink flower is Twinflower (Linnaea borealis). Sheep shire flowers are yellow.
@@mantailuaahere they are pink. I have been foraging many times with an older German woman God rest her soul. She taught me plenty.
@@SteveSmith-lo2wd Sheep sorrel is pink flower with leafs like clover. Sheep shire is a plant with small yellow flowers, they are two different plants.
1st off I in my op I said "the small pink flower could be sheep sorrel".
@@SteveSmith-lo2wd And I replied the pink ones are Twinflowers, Sheep sorrel has leaves like clovers. And then I told you that Sheep shire has yellow flowers. So you are talking about two different kinds of flowers and either of them were the pink ones on the video.
Wow! That's awesome
Hey! They are an invasive flower here in Sweden. They will take over and kill everything by time. There are a sort of Lupin that has peas to eat but not that sort
The lupines would look very nice at your place if you had a good place to plant some very beautiful.
Enjoyed the sound of the rain. The lupine was beautiful ❤️
I love ferns , Wales has a lot of them and foxgloves but England doesn't have much , where I live is more full of concrete ( that's why I wish I was back home in Wales , it has loads of beauty like where you live )
Lupines sure are pretty. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
It’s beautiful seeing so many 😊 you pronouns it “Lupins” the “E” is silent! 🔇 😊❤ 🇬🇧 Most
Some years ago I took a hike through the woods along the Potomac River in Virginia. When I returned I had a bunch of ticks in my clothing. I hate ticks.
Lupine is one of my favorite wildflowers. We have them here in California, but you seem to have more where you are located.
They are native in California but an invasive species in Maine (Lupinus polyphyllus).
Looks like too many dead trees.
Avon skin so soft bath oil will repell misquitos
That's been tested in actual experiments. A couple peer-reviewed scientific studies show it can be somewhat effective for 2 hours. Others show little to no beneficial effect.
It is pronounced Lu-pin, with a short i.
I have a pot of purple Lupine, but it’s not remotely as luscious as those. Hot in Oklahoma City.
You are so blessed to have those beautiful Lupine. Love those flowers, but we cannot grow them this far South. Cheers Post10! ❣️🍀
Have ever gotten lost?
At night sometimes
Beautiful, thank you for sharing your world.
Maine lists big leaf lupine as “potentially Invasive” on the Maine Natural Areas Program Advisory List.
It only grows in the sun, so it's not very invasive. It can only grow on the edges of roads not be on the woods
Lovely! Thank you for showing us!
Thank you Post 10, for another great video and taking us on this cool nature walk
Thats Big Leaf Lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus), which is an invasive species in Maine, having almost completely unsurped the native Lupine (Lupinus perennis)
That's what I was wondering when I saw the video - they didn't look like the native ones. They really are spreading terribly!
Let's go for walk! I say while drinking hot mate and wrapped in a warm blanket because of the winter cold. Thank you for sharing this Post 🌼
